A530 is Alchemists' printer designed for industrial and professional use, where room, control and performance are required.
It has a huge printing volume of 530x250x250 mm, so it's able to print very large parts in a single process, reducing joints, supports and hours of work.
Overmore, remote control and a webcam have been implemented, so you can monitor and stop the process at any time, even from your smartphone.

The double Made in Italy ballscrews ensure a high precision movement with an accuracy of 0.1mm
HIGH RESOLUTION
The X and Y axes resolution reaches 12.5 um, while on the Z axis is 1.25um. So it's even possible to print 50um layers
INTERCHANGEABLE NOZZLES
A530 can print with 0.4/0.6/0.8/1.0/1.2mm brass, copper or steel nozzles, so you can successfully use all printing materials

The double extruder, single nozzle system (canalized flux) allows you to print multi-material models easily
LARGE MATERIAL RANGE
The extruder's maximum temperature of 350°C, the hot plate's maximum of 130° and the enclosed hot chamber let you print any kind of material, from simple PLA and ABS to wax and nylon
SOLUBLE SUPPORTS
A530 can print models with soluble supports in PVA or HIPS, so you can create complex shapes an pre-assembled mechanisms with no issue
Easily repeatable processes
AUTOMATIC CALIBRATION
The printer comes with an automatic 28 points calibration system, using an inductive proximity sensor
ENCLOSED PRINTING VOLUME
The completely closed printing volume ensures equal ambient conditions for each print so it allows you to print "difficult" materials which suffer of Warping and Delamination
FILAMENT SENSOR
This sensor pauses the print process when detecting lack of fialment in the extruder. This is essential for long prints where the filament spool could run out
